Full brand pivot led

Overview

SpaceComputer is a distributed satellite network that runs confidential computation in orbit: trusted execution, cryptographic key custody, and verifiable randomness, physically isolated from terrestrial threats. We came on as a full-suite partner and helped take the company from an early crypto-native concept to a credible, space-native platform with a real go-to-market engine behind it.

The Challenge

When we started, the story was buried under jargon and aimed at the wrong audience. The team needed to pivot its entire narrative from crypto to space, earn trust with a more institutional crowd, and stand up the marketing engine to actually reach them. The technology was extraordinary. Almost no one outside the company understood why it mattered.

What We Did

We led the marketing end to end: strategy, the marketing funnel, and a content pipeline that kept the story moving. As the company pivoted from crypto to space, we drove the brand pivot and repositioning so the new direction felt inevitable rather than abrupt, and rewrote the narrative for a more institutional audience.

At the center of the work was a full website overhaul, rebuilding the company’s most important owned channel from the ground up to match the new positioning.

Underneath it all, we built in-depth, AI-enabled analytics to steer the marketing, then produced the podcast and newsletter and ran content, swag, and PR on top of it. The social channels grew fast: in eight months, LinkedIn following climbed +319% and X following +80%, while YouTube and LinkedIn drove 25K+ and 80K+ organic impressions respectively within the year. Both LinkedIn and YouTube started from a very small base, so that growth translated directly into strong awareness among the target audience.

We also supported a 400+ person event, helping organize the program, coordinating 30+ speakers, and managing communications with sponsors and community partners. Throughout, we partnered closely with the founders, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and ongoing platform development.

The Outcome

The work generated 600K+ organic impressions and gave SpaceComputer a coherent identity and a working funnel at exactly the moment it needed to court enterprise, commercial, and space tech startup audiences.
