Overview

Tribecode AI backs up your AI conversations, then turns them into a searchable library of what actually works. We partnered with the team as a socials-first growth partner and helped shape the product and the story around it.

The Challenge

“AI productivity tool” is one of the most crowded categories online, and the product was still finding its shape. Tribecode had no audience and no social presence to speak of. It needed a distinct voice, a reason for developers to pay attention, and a community willing to show up week after week.

What We Did

We embedded with the founders, just us and them, and worked socials-first. We built and ran the content engine across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, growing each channel from zero and giving Tribecode a recognizable voice in a crowded category. Alongside the content, we developed the brand, refined the messaging, and shaped the marketing strategy.

A big part of the work was community. We produced a weekly podcast and meetup that brought around 100 people together each session, online and in person, and grew that into a consistent community of roughly 200 active members a month. That audience became a feedback loop: what we heard fed straight back into the product and the positioning.

We ran campaign launches and content systems to keep the momentum going, and because we stayed close to the product and moved at startup speed, the brand and the offering grew together rather than in separate lanes. In the final stretch of the engagement, that work helped generate Tribecode’s first $2K in monthly recurring revenue.

The Outcome

Tribecode entered a crowded market with a clear voice, an engaged community of around 200 monthly members, and its first recurring revenue. In six months we took the social presence from zero to 50K+ organic impressions on X and built a community loop that fed both the marketing and the product.
